Ingredients
400gr crème fraiche
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
100gr Walnuts
4 tbsp Wernet´s thyme honey
500gr Feta
Ingredients for the tarte flambée dough
150gr flour
75ml water
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
For the dough, put the flour in a bowl and knead with the water and salt to a smooth dough.
Let it rest for 25 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 250 degrees convection and
line two baking trays with baking paper.
Then cut the dough in half, roll out the thin and place on the baking trays.
Now stir the crème fraiche with salt and pepper until smooth with the help of a whisk, spread on the tarte flambée and coarsely crumble the feta over it with your hands.
Then sprinkle the thyme honey and nuts over it and bake the tarte flambée with feta and walnuts in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
