3 tbsp honey Wernet's rosemary honey

4 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sweet paprika

Preparation:
Wash salmon and cut into cubes.
Mix together the lime juice, honey, olive oil and the spices and season with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon cubes on the indirect side of the grill and grill for 6-8 minutes.
