Ingredients for 8 people:
100g butter
120g honey Wernet's blossom honey
1 sprig of mint
1 melon (watermelon, cantaloupe)
Preparation:
Melt butter with honey in a saucepan.
Pluck the mint leaves and cut into small pieces.
Add the mint to the creamy honey mixture.
Halve and quarter the melon and cut into slices
(For a cantaloupe, cut in half with a spoon, scrape out the seeds and cut into slices).
Brush the melon slices with the honey mixture and grill for 3-5 minutes over the grill.
