Ingredients for 1 serving:
16 medium-sized elder umbels, fully bloomed
2 liters of water
1 lemon
150g honey Wernet's wildflower honey
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Harvest the elderflowers after a long period of good weather,
then you will have the most flavor.
Cut away the large stalks, cut the lemon slices,
mix both with water.
Melt the honey with a little water and over low heat, then add to the base.
Stir in a pinch of salt.
Cover and leave to stand for 24 hours, strain and enjoy fresh.
