Ingredients for 4 persons:
2 pieces of salmon
1 tbsp oil
2 carrots
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
400g tagliatelle
6 tbsp honey Wernet's acacia honey

Crunchy, honey-sweet carrots and tender salmon meet light tagliatelle. A delicious recipe for in between meals or a delicious light meal for Good Friday.

Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle in a pot of salted water for about 10-13 minutes.
Then drain the finished noodles in a colander.
Wash the salmon fillet and cut into strips 3 cm long.
Now peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic pieces in it.
Then add the salmon strips and carrot strips and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the acacia honey, mix everything well and fry for another 4 minutes.

Finally, mix the noodles with the salmon and season with salt and pepper.

You can also top it off with a little cream if you want.
