ingredients:
1kg jacket potatoes
800g fresh sauerkraut
200g streaky bacon
1 cup of cream
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper,
4 tablespoons of Honey Wernet´s acaciahoney
8 teaspoons of sliced almonds
preparation:
Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Dice the bacon and fry a little in a pan, the sauerkraut
add - mix everything and continue to fry.
Layer the potato slices and bacon sauerkraut in a flat baking dish.
Mix the cream, 2 tbsp honey, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, drizzle over it.
Mix the rest of the honey and the sliced almonds, spread over the ingredients.
Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown
serve immediately.
