Ingredients for 4-6 servings
80g honey Wernet's chestnut honey
150g low-fat quark
2 egg yolks
20g cornstarch
250ml milk
50g chocolate biscuit
25g dark chocolate
200ml cream
preparation:
Mix chestnut honey and quark together in a bowl
In a pan, mix the egg yolks with the cornstarch and the milk until smooth.
Boil while stirring constantly and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour immediately into the bowl with the quark and everything to a smooth mass stir.
Cover the cream with cling film and leave to cool in the fridge.
Roughly chop the chocolate biscuits and finely chop the chocolate.
Whip the cream until stiff, fold the whipped cream into the cold cream.
Mix in the biscuits and chocolate.
Pour the cream into glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
