Ingredients:
200g soft butter
1 tbsp lavender flowers
2 tsp rosemary
2 teaspoons basil
2 tsp parsley
2 tablespoons of honey Wernet's lavender honey
1 dash of lemon juice
2 pinches of coarse pepper
1 teaspoon pink sea salt
Preparation:
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Mix the honey and lemon juice with the butter and beat a little,
until the mixture becomes nice and soft.
The rosemary, basil, parsley and the lavender blossoms,
chop finely and fold into the creamy butter mixture.
Season to taste with coarse pepper and pink sea salt.
If you want and like it a little spicier, you can also add chili powder.
