ingredients:
40g lemongrass
2l water
15g dried lindenblossoms
70g Wernet lindenblossom honey
ice cubes
preparation:
wash lemongras and cut off the ends.
Slice the inner leaves in thin stripes. Cook the lemongrass in water and add some lindenblossoms.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the lindenblossom honey.
Allow to infuse for a few hours in the fridge and serve then with ice cubes and fresh mint.
