Ingredients
For 4 cups
4 organic oranges
1 liter pomegranate juice
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp Wernet´s orange blossom honey
Preparation
Rinse the oranges under hot water.
Rub the peels of two oranges and let them get hot in a saucepan
together with pomegranate juice and cinnamon sticks. Meanwhile,
squeeze out orange juice and add in to the pot as well.
Let everything get hot.
Make sure that the punch does not boil, otherwise it can quickly
become bitter due to the cinnamon and orange brieb.
When the punch is hot, pass it through a fine sieve
(so cinnamon sticks, orange peel and pulp are removed) and taste it with honey.
Then you can serve the punch!
